On its own, cycling is one of the easiest ways to keep healthy. It is also a great way of travelling around the London suburbs and getting to work. So it is not surprising that cycling to and from work is one of the best ways to get healthy, and save money on transport at the same time!
Regularly cyclists enjoy the health benefits of someone 10 years younger, tend to be off work less (take note employers!), and also enjoy far lower stress levels than they would do whilst using public transport.
