Njinga Open Day

Njinga Cycle Training & Performance have opened their Indoor Cycling & Performance Lab in Kingston (KT14BY - by Kingston Bridge).

To celebrate, they are offering two Open Days as part of the official launch, Saturday 17th & Saturday 24th January,09h30-17h30 on both days and will be running the following:

 
  • FREE 45 minute Indoor Wattbike Classes
  • FREE 20 minute Intro to Wattbike Classes
  • FREE Testing for Pedal Technique & Max Power
  • Max Power & Best Pedal Technique Prizes*
  • Raffle Prizes & goodie bags*
  • FREE Food Samples: *100% natural homemade Njinga energising snacks

Their juice bar will also be open and everyone can sample some of natural superfood juices, smoothies, energy bombs, etc. All packed with nutritious goodness and free from any preservatives or additives.
 
Furthermore, partners Wholefoods Richmond, Giant concept store and others will be coming down and handing out FREE goodies, samples and raffle prizes.

Become a cycling instructor

If you love cycling, you might consider becoming a cycling instructor. Whether you would like to make it a full-time job or you just want to pass on some skills at your local school or youth club, undertaking the National Standard Instructor training is the first step.

Kingston is the only London borough recognised as an instructor training organisation (ITO). Since 2007, we have trained more than 300 instructors for local authorities and independent providers.

Get involved?

Cycling is a fantastic way to exercise, travel, and enjoy the great outdoors. Wind in the hair (under your helmet of course), sunglasses on, and a picnic in your bag. However, not everyone sees it this way.

Therefore, CycleKingston is appealing to you to share the good, the bad (and the ugly?!) We want to hear your cycling experiences, news and showcase success stories along the way too.
